Arizona Mental Health & Crisis Resources

Radiant Truth Counseling, LLC is not a crisis or emergency service and does not provide 24-hour crisis monitoring. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, experiencing suicidal thoughts, at risk of harming others, or unable to remain safe, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact 988 for immediate crisis support. Arizona crisis services are available to any Arizonan regardless of insurance status.

Resource availability, eligibility, hours, insurance acceptance, and admission criteria may change. Clients and families are encouraged to contact each resource directly to confirm services before seeking care.

Immediate Crisis & Emergency Support

Call 911

Call 911 for immediate medical, police, or fire emergencies, active danger, overdose, violence, or when someone cannot remain safe.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Call or text 988 for 24/7 support related to suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, substance use crisis, or mental health crisis. AHCCCS lists 988 as a national 24-hour crisis hotline, with call, text, chat, and videophone options for Deaf/Hard of Hearing individuals.

This statewide crisis line is available 24/7 and may help with crisis support, referrals, and connection to local crisis resources.

Crisis Text Line

Text HOME to 741741 for text-based crisis support. AHCCCS lists this as a national crisis text option.

Call 1-800-662-HELP / 1-800-662-4357 for free, confidential, 24/7 treatment referral and information for mental health and substance use concerns.

Adult Protective Services, APS

Arizona Department of Child Safety, Child Abuse Hotline

Call 1-888-SOS-CHILD / 1-888-767-2445

Arizona APS investigates reports of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and self-neglect involving vulnerable adults.

Reports of suspected child abuse or neglect can be made to the DCS Statewide Toll-Free Child Abuse Hotline or law enforcement.
