Billing Specialist
Celesta is a lifelong Arizona resident and a dedicated mother of two sons. With five years of experience in insurance billing, she brings knowledge, organization, and a client-centered approach to her role as Billing Specialist at Radiant Truth Counseling.
Celesta supports RTC clients by helping them understand billing statements, insurance claims, account balances, and other payment-related matters. She works diligently to ensure claims are submitted accurately and promptly while helping make the financial side of receiving care as clear and stress-free as possible. Clients can count on Celesta to provide respectful, confidential, and compassionate assistance with their billing questions and concerns.
Outside of work, Celesta enjoys spending quality time with her children and extended family, listening to true crime podcasts, playing games with her sons, taking road trips, and exploring nature. She especially treasures watching her children learn, grow, and discover the world around them.
Celesta is grateful for the opportunity to work from home, which allows her to remain present for her family while contributing meaningfully to RTC’s mission of providing compassionate and accessible care.
Private Pay Services While Insurance Credentialing Is In Progress
At this time, Radiant Truth Counseling, LLC offers a private-pay options and now accepts Aetna insurance and EAP plans from ComPsych, Curalinc & Mines & Associates. We are still actively working toward becoming credentialed with insurance providers such as but not limited too; Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Arizona, United Health Care and Cigna. In order to provide expanded access to care. Until then, clients may receive services through self-pay rates for secure telehealth counseling.
Radiant Truth Counseling, LLC accepts credit and debit card payments for private-pay therapy services. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed prior to the scheduled appointment. To support a smooth and professional billing process, clients may be asked to keep a valid card on file through a secure payment system. All payment information is handled with care and used only for approved counseling-related fees, including scheduled sessions, late cancellations, missed appointments, or other agreed-upon service charges.
Sliding Scale Availability
Radiant Truth Counseling, LLC may offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need and availability. Sliding scale rates are considered for clients experiencing financial hardship and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clients may be asked to complete a brief request form prior to receiving a reduced rate.
Superbills Available Upon Request
Superbills may be provided upon request for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by each client’s individual insurance plan. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to ask about out-of-network behavioral health benefits.
