Billing Specialist
Celesta is a lifelong Arizona resident and a dedicated mother of two sons. With five years of experience in insurance billing, she brings knowledge, organization, and a client-centered approach to her role as Billing Specialist at Radiant Truth Counseling.
Celesta supports RTC clients by helping them understand billing statements, insurance claims, account balances, and other payment-related matters. She works diligently to ensure claims are submitted accurately and promptly while helping make the financial side of receiving care as clear and stress-free as possible. Clients can count on Celesta to provide respectful, confidential, and compassionate assistance with their billing questions and concerns.
Outside of work, Celesta enjoys spending quality time with her children and extended family, listening to true crime podcasts, playing games with her sons, taking road trips, and exploring nature. She especially treasures watching her children learn, grow, and discover the world around them.
Celesta is grateful for the opportunity to work from home, which allows her to remain present for her family while contributing meaningfully to RTC’s mission of providing compassionate and accessible care.
Private Pay Services While Insurance Credentialing Is In Progress
Insurance, EAP, and Payment Options
Radiant Truth Counseling, LLC accepts private pay, select commercial insurance plans, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and other mental health access programs.
Commercial Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Meritain Health, and eligible TriWest/TRICARE West plans.
Cigna credentialing is currently pending.
EAP & Employer-Sponsored Benefits: ComPsych, CuraLinc, Mines & Associates, Spring Health, and Lyra Health. EAP benefits typically provide a limited number of employer-sponsored counseling sessions and may require prior authorization.
Additional Access Program: Open Path Psychotherapy Collective offers reduced-fee therapy for eligible clients.
Coverage, copays, deductibles, authorizations, and eligibility vary by plan. Radiant Truth Counseling offers in-person counseling in Phoenix, Arizona, and telehealth services throughout Arizona.
Payment & Billing Information
Radiant Truth Counseling, LLC accepts credit and debit card payments for private-pay services, copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and other approved client balances.
Clients are required to maintain a valid payment method on file through our secure billing system. Unless otherwise arranged in advance, payment is due at the time of service.
The card on file may be used for authorized counseling-related charges, including session fees, insurance-related balances, late cancellations, missed appointments, and other agreed-upon services. All payment information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy and billing standards.
Sliding Scale Availability
Radiant Truth Counseling, LLC may offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments based on financial need, clinical appropriateness, and availability. Sliding scale requests are reviewed individually, and clients may be asked to complete a brief financial assistance request before a reduced rate is approved.
Superbills Available Upon Request
Superbills are available upon request for eligible private-pay clients who wish to seek possible reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by the client’s individual insurance plan. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm out-of-network behavioral health benefits, deductible requirements, and reimbursement policies before beginning services.
